If your paystub indicates that you're paying Agency Shop fees you are NOT yet a full CSEA union member. As stated in your Contract, "All employees included in the bargaining unit who are not members of the Union shall be required to pay the Union an agency shop fee, as provided by the Civil Service Law...".
No additional dues will be incurred for anyone interested in becoming a full CSEA Union member....and you gain the privilege of voting in Union elections and on Contract proposals!!
